The FORCS name, logo, content and design are the property of FORCS, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party product names and logos (such as Toast, Square, Clover, PAR Brink, Restaurant365 and QuickBooks) are the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively to describe the tools we work in.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORCS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
