Founder & Managing Partner

Steven has over 20 years of accounting experience, with 8 of those in the restaurant space. He has worked with both large multi-unit franchisees and smaller independent teams, and currently serves as outsourced Controller for a 60+ unit, $120M+ restaurant group — producing daily and weekly custom reporting, managing 12-period forecasting and budgeting, and overseeing cash management across multiple banking relationships. He loves digging into the numbers, combining his love of food with deep financial expertise.

Partner

Patrice has over 25 years of experience leading restaurant operations, working his way up from managing single units to multi-unit regions, and currently serves as Director and CEO of a restaurant group. He consults on HR and hiring, assisting operators with acquiring financing, and building operational growth plans — giving FORCS clients a rare blend of on-the-ground operations expertise alongside the numbers.
